Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the responsibilities of both Grace Through Smiles Photo Booths (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and the client (“you” or “your”) when booking our Photo Booth or 360 Booth rental services. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking fee is required to secure your event date.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
If you cancel at least 7 days before the event, you will not owe the remaining balance.
If you cancel within 7 days of the event, the full balance is still due.
If we are unable to fulfill your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

3. Service Use & Responsibilities

We will provide setup, operation, and breakdown of the Photo Booth equipment.
You are responsible for ensuring adequate space, power, and access for setup.
The client and guests are expected to use the booth equipment responsibly. Any damage caused by misuse or negligence may result in additional charges.

4. Photos & Videos

All photos and videos taken during your event may be shared with you digitally.
We may use photos or videos for promotional purposes (website, social media, advertising) unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.

5. Technical Issues

While we take every precaution to ensure proper operation, technical issues may occasionally occur.
If the booth malfunctions for more than 30 consecutive minutes during the event, we will issue a partial refund or credit based on the downtime.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the use of our services.
We are not responsible for disruptions outside our control (e.g., venue restrictions, power outages, weather conditions).

7. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods: Venmo, Zelle, and credit card.
Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which our business operates.

9. Agreement

By booking with Grace Through Smiles Photo Booths, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
